Dr. Amie Rosenfeld, Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Andrew Ellowitz, MD PA

Andrew S. Ellowitz, MD is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He completed his Orthopaedic residency at the University of Minnesota in 1997 after graduating from the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 1992.

He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Nova Southeastern University helping to train orthopaedic resident physicians. Dr. Ellowitz takes call at a level I Trauma Center and practices General Orthopaedics with special interests in adult and pediatric fracture care, arthroscopy of the shoulder and knee, and total joint replacements.

Dr. Ellowitz is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Florida Medical Association, American Medical Association, Broward County Medical Association, Florida Orthopaedic Society, Broward County Orthopaedic Society, and the Fort Lauderdale Surgical Society.

 

Amie Rosenfeld, Doctor of Physical Therapy

Amie Rosenfeld is a physical therapist who specializes in outpatient orthopaedics and has been practicing since 2003. She recently earned her degree as Doctor of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University after continuing her education and passion in her field of rehabilitation.

Amie is a credentialed clinical instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association and has formal training in the Mckenzie technique for patients with back pain.
